Shenelle Neiner was amazing while getting me and my puppy set up for PSD training. I had so many questions and she was so helpful and knew everything. I even reached back out to her because my package wasn’t delivered/stolen and she immediately got it resent out with no problem. I’m writing this review because it is rare to have such amazing customer service/assistance when calling and emailing to any companies representatives. I really appreciate having a real person to talk to, and a real person that is 100% helpful in getting things done for me.

After a couple of previous call (also with very helpful people), I spoke with Valerie who handled my call with kindness, empathy and knowledge. She answered all of my questions and made the final steps smooth and seamless for me and our client. She made navigating the process very easy and I really appreciate it!

Customer service were wonderful helping me to set up my doctors appointment for my ESA animals. The doctor I spoke to was very friendly and personable as was the last from customer service. I felt cared about and respected and that made all the difference fit me. You can tell they love what they do and care about animals.

Outstanding customer service experience 5 stars goes to Jermaine Luckett for a job well done. When I called in to inquire about registering my dog for an emotional support animal as I was instructed to do during my group therapy sessions, I became emotional just by bringing it up because of what I'm going through in my personal life all over again. Jermaine was very kind, professional and he listen to me, and it felt good to get it out. Jermaine did a fantastic job explaining the program and the benefit packages to me and all that was include in the price and what to expect next. He left no stone un turn. I am truly great full, Jermaine helping me to keep Gorgeous attached to me because she has been my support system throughout this difficult time. I lean on her just as much as she leans on me if not even more.
