If you are ordering through their website I can guarantee you that you'll get fast shipping and if you have any questions somebody's always there to help I do wish that their actual store carried inventory so if you lived close by you could just go pick something up but unfortunately they don't really stock much

I had ordered a turbo on a Monday and expected it to ship out within a few days, however after countless emails with no response, and multiple phone calls I finally got ahold of somebody. They shipped my turbo out a week and half late. I was offered a free shirt and other things for compensation, which I also never received. Good product from Industrial Injection, but awful customer service from Diesel Ops.

Ordered an s300 install kit by fleece was told free shipping. Next day got a call sayin fleece won't send it out unless I pay the 150 dollar shipping charge. Of course I was irritated about such a huge shipping cost so the man I spoke to by the name of Chris said I tell u what I'll pay half of it. Blew my mind. Great guys over there great customer service will purchase everything from them from here on out.
