Everything arrived in good condition. But I would have say that an email confirmation with shipping info would be nice to send out to your customers. That way the customer would not have call and check up on the shipment. Thank you

"Bought more than I needed."

I called Diesel Ops to ask a few questions as to what programming would be best for my application. I wanted a display and tuning. After consulting with a sales person I was told that the Tachyon tune is what I would need for towing and flexibility in tuning.
Once I received my CAT and DPF eliminating race pipe and programmer, I installed the race pipe first then the programmer. When loading the Tachyon tune it clearly stated not for towing. So I contacted Diesel Ops and they told me that the Plus tune is for towing, not the Tachyon. They gave me the choice to return the programmer and it could be replaced with the Plus tune or I could purchase the plus tune and it could be added to the Electron display for another 100.00.
I sure was not about to spend another two hours under my truck to reinstall my CAT and DPF to go back to factory programming until my Plus tune would arrive.
Now I have the Tachyon tune that I will probably not use. If it would be an on the fly change from Plus tune to Tachyon tune, then I would definitely use it. But in order to change from one to the other you have to program the Plus tune back to factory then to Tachyon tune. Then the transmission needs to relearn your driving pattern.
Even though they helped me out with the purchase of the Plus tune upgrade, I wish the sales staff would have been more informed about the products that they sell. This would have saved me some bucks.

I first found about about Diesel Ops on eBay. I called about an exhaust system that I had been watching. The representative that spoke to me on the phone was helpful and professional. I was advised i was about to purchase the wrong system and guided me toward the correct one. The order was made via phone with Diesel Ops and the system came a few days later. The system was exactly what I wanted and sounds great on my truck. Thanks Diesel Ops. I wish my truck wasn't so old that way you guys would have more stuff and we could do more business.

I bought an h&s mini maxx, diesel ops egr delete and the mrsp cat and dpf delete pipe for my 2012 ram 3500. I ordered the parts on a Tuesday and I got it on the following Monday. I'm happy with the parts I received. Before I placed my order however, I emailed the sales department to ask a few questions about the parts. I never got a response even though I tried twice. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Great kit and easy to install. I wish there were directions or at least a breakdown of the processes so I would not second guess myself or have to YouTube it. Overall the kit was a HUGE upgrade for the truck! It's like a completely different truck. Love it!
