I have recieved my parcel but the 5litre oil I bought was leaking so the dpd company they threw it out& I bought 4 injector seals that are missing also, I am very disappointed as I have not had a problem with mister auto before & dpd wont acknowledge any responsibility they said we have to talk with ye, I have sent photos of the state of the box & the missing item that only has the package & no item in it, so I want them sent or refund me for them

I did have a problem with delivery. There is no place in the online ordering to enter my postcode called Eircode in Ireland. Every house has its own individual Eircode. All couriers use it in Ireland.
The address given to courier was wrong. It had a few lines missing. This all lead to complications with delivery. The item eventually arrived. Thanks.
