Parts I ordered were held up with couriers for over a week due to increase in activity for Covid related medical deliveries. I was unable to contact couriers so got in touch with Mister-Auto. They refunded the delivery charge despite the issue being outside their control. I had to order more parts for the same job the following week and paid for express delivery. These parts arrived promptly as scheduled.
Very happy with this customer service and also found the price for parts competitive.
Will definitely be using them again.

It's been two weeks since my order was dispatched but I haven't received anything. I was looking for ages on the website for an email contact or a kind of contact form but didn't figure it out. In the mean time I recieved an email with a request for this rating. I understand that the seller assume that I recieved the order already.

The only problem is they say free delivery when you spend over €45 but still charge delivery anyway if you do.
