I’m very disappointed as I ordered a couple of things they usually would take a longer time to arrive but now with DPD they let me down again, package was supposed to arrive by 08/05/20 but didn’t arrive by today and No sign from dpd until today, you should choose a decent courier as them ones are liars and never send the packages in time, now my package it’s stuck in Athlon and they Won’t do anything about it, not even bother to reply back, I would like my money back as it looks I won’t get my package.

When I put my car reg in I expect the correct parts for my car to come up on the web page, if this is the system that's being used, not a confusing list of alternative parts that might or might not fit my car. When I order a part, using this system, I expect to get a part for my car, not a part for a car like mine (e.g. I drive a right-hand drive car I was sent wipers for a left-hand drive model). I ordered oil for my car (5W30) and was sent (0W30). I now have to pay the costs of returning wrong parts sent to me by Mr Auto. Not impressed.

First the address format is stupid, will not allow of even give enough space to write the address as you should write an address, it comes all mixed up. Then on arival of part, a rear wheel bearing, fitting had revealed that it had play in it... double checked my work and brearing is poorlt made. Wasnt the cheapest but not expensive either. Then look on their site to contact them and its a number to call not where to message no where to leave a review. Overall a poor experience. Ill have to be desperate to use them again...
