I am currently awaiting a refund so that i can reorder the correct part, the part that i ordered was labelled as a "drivers side" part but when it was delivered it was for the passenger side. this is not as a result of the number plate input section but as a direct result of a website that is designed around left hand drive vehicles, this can be easily rectified by using left or right as the description rather than drivers side or passenger side,
Finally the tracking of my returned parcel shows that you received my return last Friday morning at 07:36 and as of yet I have not received my refund and the part that I require is in my basket awaiting payment .... is there any possibility that this process could be fast tracked so that I can pay for the right part that should have been sent first,,, the ref number is
