"Bunch of cowboys, do not deal with this company"

Ordered a steering rack for my van, entered reg of my van and all the details showed up for my van so went through the list of parts and found the steering rack i wanted, I put my order in and paid extra for quicker delivery. Then went to change steering rack on my van and it turned out the new one they sent me was for a left hand drive van so had a look at their website again and they have 5 different steering rack options for my van and they are all for left hand drive vans which isn't much good to me considering my van is right hand drive. Rang customer services about it and turns out they couldn't supply me with correct part so their advertising parts that are not for the vehicles they say they are for. Absolute joke of a company and never again will i order anything from them and i'll be demanding all my money back including delivery fee!
Update: it's been 3 weeks since i returned the part and i've lost count of the amount of times i have rang customer services, i have to say they couldn't be less helpful if they tried and when i ask to speak to a manager they refuse. I have pointed out the parts they are selling are wrong and not only are they still selling them but they have majorly reduced the price now even though they know their the wrong parts. They are doing everything they can to avoid giving me my refund. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE COWBOYS
