My order went missing, but the person I was dealing with in customer service was very nice and helpful and got my order resent very quickly.

I still haven't received my item. It was delivered in a damaged box so the courier service won't deliver it as unsure if product is in working order. Have rang numerous times, no-one was able to inform me on where my package was or where i could find it nor have I still heard back only I contacted the courier service myself. Paying for delivery to have to collect myself and insure product is not damaged. 3 weeks later.

When you place an order online ,you want to be sure the parts ordered will be correct on arrival.. These people are rubbish and cannot even read messages asking specific questions about the product. I have phoned them several times only to be on hold indefinitely.. it takes days and hours for them to reply .... Avoid them .
