Although I measured exactly as per the instructions, the collar was much too small and I had to return it. I have not yet heard anything regarding that. In the meantime I bought the next size which is considerably bigger. The product itself is very good. My very strong Labrador needs a nose band and I have tried a halti with no success. I've also tried the figure of 8 type of rope lead. The canny collar is much more comfortable and also less obvious. It's slightly fiddly to change into running free mode. There is no large metal loop clip to attach an ID or a different lead. On the whole a very good idea. Works well
