"Excellent product - terrible customer service"

The product itself is excellent and I’ve used this over the years for maintenance. My one issue is their horrible customer service. I signed up for the monthly subscription and it’s been skipping randomly and without notice. I emailed customer service asking for help in figuring out what the issue is because not using the wipes causes my dry eye issue to worsen. It’s been 2 weeks and not a single response from them. I’m extremely frustrated as a long time customer I was expecting better. I may have to look around for an alternative product.

The product is amazing. The issues are with the payment processing and website. I always have issues logging into the website and have had my scheduled shipment not send multiple times due to something happening on your end with the payment process and holding the order or logging into the website sometimes can be a hassle.

Genuinely fantastic customer service. I could not figure out how to expedite an order and called the company. They fixed the order to expedite it and called me back as promised. It is very rare to get quality customer service and follow up, I will only order direct from them now.

The product is good at keeping demodex population at lower level. After using it for a month every night, demodex is still there and the wipes need to be used continuously and maybe indefinitely. That is why I didn't give 5 stars as they are on expensive spectrum.

Cliradex is an excellent product.
I have used the product from time to time and it almost always does the job well of clearing up the redness on the bottom part of my eyes
