I ordered a dog collar from Waudog and absolutely love it! Soft leather, good quality, and strong enough for my german shepherd. My order took a while to ship but the wait was worth it. Thank you!

"THOROUGHLY Satisfied!!!..."

I Was not expecting the quality to be as high as they turned out to be! The products arrived quickly considering the times we’re living in. Material, craftsmanship and overall appearance was top quality. Was not like cheap “made in China” products. I will definitely be following this company’s product line as well as referring them to friends and coworkers. All of my dogs and one cat have not had any issues. I showed my vet today and she was very interested in getting some collars from WauDog. I look forward to showing off the collars when I take my dogs to the dog park!

"Poor customer service experience..."

It takes at least 3-4 days for a representative to respond with my emails. I tried calling the number (+1 929-999-2138) on their website multiple times but no one is answering the phone. I received the items of (2 lightweight airvest jacket) for dog almost a month of placing it. (from Vegas) Also, another extra from Ukraine. I only ordered from their website. Just confusing. I had to reach out to them for clarifications. I emailed the company after four days of not receiving a tracking number and was told there has been some delays with the shipment. They offered me a 10% discount for future purchase but I'd rather have it apply on my existing order which they did. Here I am again trying to communicate with the company for a request of exchange with one of the items. It was small for my yorkie terrier. It has been 6 days and never received a response from them.

On the other hand, I would rate the the airvest 5 out 5. It is indeed lighweight, colorful, reversible, warm and comfortable for my other dog. He wears an inside fleece sweater and airvest as the outer jacket. It does not have a leash hole so I had to sew a hole in the back. I had to order 1 size up for both of my dogs. I would like to recommend the product. However, it is such a disappointment when it comes the customer service.

Size doesn't match with size guide - way too small. Poor comminication, had to wait a week for responses.

Although there was a delay in my package arrival, soon after my low review, I did receive the package and had a good reply from Waudog.com to help me with the return. The jacket is great but the size was just a little tight for my puppy so am still waiting on an update on the delivery of my order.

I ordered an orange dog collar for FALL. A day AFTER I ordered it, then I was told that it would be delayed. I STILL have not received my collar. I'm so annoyed. Hopefully it's a nice collar.

In response to your reply….It arrived over a month later and you know it, so please don’t pretend like it arrived on time as your reply is leading others to believe. Please at least be honest. In addition, the collar was very cheap and flimsy when it did FINALLY arrive!
