Says online you have 10 days to reach out for a refund or solution - I measured my dogs necks based on dimensions provided on their site, ordered 3 collars and a leash. Over $100 CAD. Waited over a month to receive it. When I got them… none of them fit. I emailed 3 times requesting assistance, offered to ship them back to get the larger size in exchange, and they have ignored my emails. Avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about customer service! So unless you are 1000% sure of sizing (which you can’t go by their dimensions) I would avoid ordering, as you won’t get any assistance for an exchange or refund.

Collar bought from webshop in my country is fine.... but for the love of... don't pay for their qr service!
The concept in itself is great... the quality of the tags - not so much. After 3 months it is unreadable. So in reality I have paid for 12 months service, and only gotten less than 3 months worth. And the customer service has the audacity to "offer" 50% on my next purchase. Yeah, like I would love to throw more money down the drain.

This is due to the fault of the sender from Ukraine, because he did not provide all my information. Therefore, customs kept the package as suspicious and I had to provide a lot of information and pay a lot of money for the customs clearance process. I expect the product in the next week. Because of your shipping incompetence, I only incur additional costs and am really unhappy.
