Got referred to Sina and his team at EIN Express by a friend of mine who was one of his past clients. My friend used their EIN and LLC Service and absolutely loved it and when I mentioned I needed an ITIN tax ID they referred me over and I signed up for their service.

Was onboarded quickly, and they walked me through the process, very informative and transparent, handled my paperwork promptly. I signed and shipped it out to them and had a final video call with agent Bridget Lopez who was an absolute sweetheart and very professional. They signed off on my paperwork and it got filed with the IRS not too long after.

Their team made it very clear and easy to understand the situation the IRS was in with their massive backlog caused by COVID-19 and the delays currently being experienced. Sina kept me in the loop and updated me on the IRS newest processing progress every time I asked. I really appreciate his attention to detail in his email responses and taking the time to explain everything to me. That really goes a long way in customer service. I must have bugged hims so many times for updates too but he was a real good sport about it.

I finally got my ITIN in today and man I could not be happier. I will definitely be referring friends and family to him and his team over at EIN Express for ITIN, EIN and LLC services.
