My wife and I worked directly with Sina the entire process to obtain an ITIN. The initial process from the beginning was very informative and response was very quick. I spoke with Sina on the phone the same day I inquired about obtaining an ITIN and he explained the whole process. I was even going to additional for my stepson; however, he consulted me and explained how the process worked. This also avoided any IRS issues.

Sina maintained communication throughout the process and even any questions I had, he would answer them in great detail. Sina explained the whole process as he submitted for my ITIN and even explained what would happen after my ITIN was issued.
