I tried to get a ITIN through them but Sina suddenly stopped answering emails and won’t give me a refund.
EDIT: About an hour after leaving a 1-star review Sina finally contacted me with some sob story about having been in the hospital and that that was the reason for not replying. After that he finally issued me a refund.
Even though I’m happy I got refunded (changed review to 3-stars) I still don’t have an ITIN and now I’m a little worried that I shared all this personal information with a company that I don’t trust anymore.
