"I needed an ITIN"

I needed an ITIN. I am a Non-US resident alien (Not a US citizen and do not reside in the US). I had registered a business in the US before and was in need of an ITIN. Eon I fully paid in advance for the boiler to be install, after that not heard anything from them Tumi who works for them said she given me £50 off was big lied, she did not because when I called Eon the guy called Aden gave me that £50 discount, some staff I spoke to said call back after waiting on the call fir 30 minutes, staff are rude does know their job. I paid extra because they couldn’t see the pictures clearly but never called me after the work was done to say, they will refund any money or after sales service missing completely, ignorance!!!!!rude!!!! I been your customer fir 18 years so I trusted you. Not happy at all!!!!
