After placing my first order with Glam I was so excited to receive my order for my upcoming appointment. I had ordered with two day shipping but FedEx was less than helpful when I called them questioning my delivery date that was more than two days. I called GLAM customer service and I'm so happy that I got Nicole as my representative. She went above and beyond making several calls and keeping me informed through the whole process. My new order was shipped promptly with the correct arrival date! I am so glad Nicole got my call and I didn't have to rearrange several things due to the issue with my shipping. Thank you Nicole!!

Now that I have worn Glam seamless extensions for 5 weeks now I can give an accurate review. The hair itself is decent but the issue I have had is with the volume weft. They are advertised as shed-free hair and that is not true. There is hair all over my house, car, and clothes on a daily basis. My husband asked me what is going on. This is without me brushing, combing, or messing with my hair throughout the day. Even my hairdresser commented on the excessive amount of hair loss from these extensions. The only reason I went with Glam Seemless is that the price is cheaper than Bellami Hair and now I realize it is worth the money to have hair that doesn't shed to this extent. Very disapointed.

Spoke with Nicole an explained there was an incident in my salon which concerned me about continuing to use extensions. The customer was having their extensions removed. The stylist was having a difficult time getting them separated from the tape. The stylist had made a concoction of GS remover and her salons wax remover! Using this mix she proceeded to try and release the customers extensions. This customer had a very bad reaction to the chemical the stylist mixed with the GS remover to speed things up. Her scalp was on fire, it was bright red, she was in significant discomfort. Nicole explained to me the intricacies of mixing alcohol based hazardous chemicals together and applying that to clients scalps. Nicole is very patient, intelligent young woman, who truly understands her company’s goals and what it takes for them to achieve those goals. She stated our clients are of the utmost importance to Glam Seamless. They manufacture products to enhance all our lives. I know when I’m wearing their extensions I feel great! Building a following of devoted customers and having an excellent support staff such as Nicole, keeps them at the top of their game. Nicole is an outstanding customer service representative which is based on her knowledge, patience and her communication skills combined with years of experience. She completely understood the issue. Glam Seamless and Nicole deserve many accolades for the ability to out perform so many others in that field. Nicole simplified the basics. Use “only” Glam Seamless products on your hair/extensions and you will have 100% peace of mind, which I always had. The stylist is excellent at what she was trained and licensed to do. However, not an educated and experienced chemist! Nicole far exceeded my expectations!

Thank you for the easy return! Nicole was so helpful and friendly! She answered all my questions with patience and helpful advice. I have purchased and have been wearing the Glam tape in extensions for over 3 months. I absolutely love them!! Didn’t think they could survive all the washing and curling, but they did, and removed so easy using your tape release. My natural hair is in great shape with no extra breakage or harm from long term wear. I don’t think I will ever go without these extensions again, it truly has made such a difference in my thin hair, all the volume it gives. I am now getting so many compliments on my hair, amazing!
