Horrible horrible horrible quality. The hair feels dry and synthetic. It bunches up and feels like Amazon hair.
I was told I need to give them the SKU number to receive replacement hair and that I can find it on the box the extensions came in. They said without this SKU number and if I threw it away, they can’t send me replacement hair. They failed to tell me I can just look it up on my account.
So now I’m stuck with a credit that will get me maybe a pack of hair. I still used it anyway because wth am I supposed to do with a gift card??? The hair is trash
I promise you. Save your money please. I hate to bash a business like this but when you hype yourself up on a website a saying you are the best company of extensions out there, you better be the best. I spent money getting these installed and taken out within a matter of a week. Everyone keeps coming up behind me and brushing out my hair. I keep getting asked what extensions I have in because they don’t want them.
I’m sitting here with no shine in my hair and a matted up mess. The customer service lady seemed uninterested in doing anything she could to get me to be satisfied.
I’m so upset. This company is an absolute scam. If you’ve had a good experience with Glam, consider yourself lucky.

"Glam hair quality …..."
I have been buying Glam extensions for some time with satisfaction . My last two orders were brittle dry and loosing color . I called to complain . They told me they were aware . They had purchased hair from other supplier . They told me they changed supplier again and assured me the quality would be better. It isn’t . I called to inquire and was told they had new supplier and could not help me before. I asked for pricing . It has increased. My complaints to be addressed to their support. Be ware!! The hair quality just keeps getting worse

"Glams not so Glam in less than 60 days..."
I switched from Bellamy extensions to Glams two months ago. My stylist recommended the seamless tape ins. The extensions were nice when they were installed but unfortunately they lost quality very quickly. I could tell they were deteriorating quickly. They became very dry, brittle, tangled and matted easily and started shedding. I mentioned the issues I had to my stylist at 30 days after installing. We started a more aggressive moisturizing routine. Unfortunately by my next appointment, less than 60 days after installment the exentions are terrible. My stylist and I both agreed they were defective. She contacted Glams and inquired on their 60 day satisfaction policy. We sent in all the information as well as photos and I’m disappointed to say Glam only offered a minimal gift certificate for new extensions which have been continually out of stock. I’m now stuck with very expensive extensions that look and feel terrible waiting for new stock to be available so I can spend another $500 in 60 days. I hope the next batch is better or I’m going back to Bellamy’s

"NOT REAL HAIR..."
I have been buying the tape in extensions for a while and never had a problem. I used to say their extensions are better than Bellami and recommend it to friends. I got new extensions about two months ago and they are TERRIBLE. You could tell it's not real hair after first wash. They are super dry and tangle really bad. I cant return them so considering it a loss...Will never buy from them again. They lost a customer!

I ordered from this company for clip in extensions using their color match online and it was extremely inaccurate and there was no available appointments for color matching with a stylist for days.. so I ordered. For exchanges the company needs to have the product returned back to them and they need to inspect it which takes 2 weeks, so there is not enough time for me to wait to return the product to have it resent.
I asked them if they would honor the price I paid in the first place as I am basically exchanging the product for a new color and they said no!!

First time buyer!! I’m impressed! My order was set to be delivered yesterday and when I arrived home, no package was at my door step. I immidiatley emailed Glam Seamless and called the USPS carrier to report my package loss/stolen USPS opened a claim and under investigation to what happen. Glam Seamless responded to me this morning about my order not delivered and right away provided me instructions to report my claim. Kid you not with in an hour or so my claim was approved for a replacement. Let me tell you even though I have not tried out their product yet, of course it was stolen at my door step, their customer service and customer satisfaction is TOP TIER! I can not wait to get my replacement extensions !! Thank you again Glam Seamless !!
