Had an issue with a recently purchased king size electric blanket that only required a part replacing, not the whole thing. However, expected it to require the return of the whole blanket. Fortunately, the company sent the part the next day and we now have a blanket that keeps us both warm! First class customer service.

My first interaction with this organisation, my sense is that a truly great Company is seen by how they respond to adversity.

A shipment of weed killer arrived with the outer package dented and very damp!

On opening I established that over a half litre of the liquid was lost. I offered to accept a small refund as compensation.

Their counter offer was to send me a complete replacement!

Just before receiving this I discovered that the container was still leaking, otherwise I would have stuck with my original suggestion.

Clearly a case of going above and beyond.

It’s a nice blanket and it replaces a previous Homefront one. The new one is a lot more comfortable with the faux fleece and a better fitting skirt. Also the mains connector is not so intrusive. My only reservation
is that it doesn’t heat up as quickly as the old one or get as hot although it helps to switch it on earlier, say 45 minutes before getting into bed.
