Wow, What a wonderful company to deal with. I purchased an electric blanket for a friend one year ago although he only started to use it during these last few months. It stopped heating up and I asked HSD if this blanket was under guarantee. They responded immediately and sent me a replacement within 24 hours. They asked me to dispose of the faulty blanket and I was most humbled with their trust in me . FANTASTIC COMPANY AND FANTASTIC SERVICE. ( Couldn't ask for better). Will most definitely be doing more business with them.

"Poorly packaged product led to product leakage"

Product (Iron Sulphate) arrived in damaged packaging which was also wet from product which had been leaking from one of the three 5lt containers.
On inspection I found that only approx 100ml had been lost from the leaking container, so accepted the delivery.
The point I wish to make is that the packaging, a simple unreinforced cardboard carton offered no protection to the contents and the many crushed areas visible on the carton were evidence of mishandling.
Two suggestions, improve protection to the contents and consider changing courier. From past previous experience, DHL are not the best for careful handling of consignments.
