Fan heater failed after just four months. Contacted customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful-refunded my account the following day.

The item I ordered cost the same as on Amazon and arrived the day after I ordered it. HSD is a British company so is a good alternative to lining Bezos' pocket when you need something quickly at a reasonable price.

"MYLEK Panel Heater broke right outside the warranty window"

MYLEK Electric Panel Heater randomly broke whilst on and fused the entire house.

Warranty was for 2 years which I thought was really good but after 2 years and 4 months... it surged the socket and fused the entire house.

I contacted the company but since it was just of warranty, no replacement was offered, pretty disappointed.

We bought 2 radiators just over a year ago, both been great but one developed a small fault with the display, I contacted hsd to explain and they immediately sent another, I cannot blame Hsd for the fault developed but I can congratulate them on the customer service and quick turnaround for resolving the issue we will defo use again.
