I needed a replacement control for our Homefront Fleece Electric Blanket... called and spoke with Rachel who guided me through finding my original order back in 2017 from Amazon.

We checked it was a like-for-like replacement using HSD's website... I could see by the image it was a match... paid for it and it's on its way via DHL.

Great to speak with a human rather than interacting online with a bot... recommended.

"Amazing heated blankets"

I love my heated blanket, I've got the deluxe and it has dual controls. It's amazing because I can warm just my cold feet and I don't have to cook the missus.

I ran into some issues recently and it stopped working. It is just over 2 years old, gutted that it is out of warranty.

I contacted support and the very kind souls at HSD have sent me a replacement!
