What an exceptional company! It's a shame that TrustPilot won't allow me to give them seven stars! When I discovered that the lithium battery I had ordered was the wrong one for my appliance, upon receiving photos they immediately despatched a correct replacement battery at no additional charge.

I've had to wait months for this electric throw to be available but I wanted a certain brand. HSD ,kindly let me know when it was back. Shame it was in the middle of a hot spell in summer.

This product made things 100% worse. I ended up hiring a professional cleaning company to come and clean the carpet. There wasn’t even a urine smell before, I used the product on the carpet as a precautionary step just to keep on top of my home, Jesus Christ! The smell that came out was unreal! It also stained the carpet that is now permanently there. So this product cost me £20 ish and then a further £70 on professionals to rectify the problem. I won’t be buying it again!
