Found out about Findmy.car on Facebook and thought I'd send them a message. Within in a couple of hours Matt got in touch. Asked me what car I was wanting and got on with it straight away searching for me. Found me my fiat 500x and had it delivered to my house! Excellent service and kept in touch all the way through. "I was sold a car that had dangerous and…"

I was sold a car that was dangerous and had illegal tyres.
If I had an accident the car insurance would probably have been void!
Having only had the car a week I noticed a vibration on a motorway I pulled off and this is when I discovered that the tyres weren't just low on tread, there was no tread and the tyres had split. It was only then that I found the Locking nut was missing, so the nuts had to be forced off. I asked for the tyres to be replaced, the cost per tyre was £176.50 each, they offered me £80 each. After involving my finance provider, they agreed to pay for this. That's when we discovered that one of the alloys was split and needed welding. Again, after involving the finance provider, they agree to pay. Unfortunately, when the car was put on the lift a further fault was discovered with a front tyre this was completely misshapen and dangerous with bumps all around the inside. They initial said they would resolve this issue too, but then reneged on the offer saying it could happen anytime. Since then, they have avoided calls from my finance company.
Other issues with the car: The Mercedes Badge came loose and one of the wheel centres was stuck on with no nails!
They seem very flaky when it comes to issues and try to dodge the matters. I wish I could post picture to highlight the incompetence or irresponsibleness.
