It is disappointing to place an order and then to receive an e-mail that everything ordered is "out of Stock" with a 2-3 week lead time until it ships which then adds another week. I've had this experience once before with your company and after 6 weeks was told that the order was being cancelled - apparently your company could no longer get the item.

***UPDATE*** While communication isn't their strong suit, I got my order quickly and accurately. I wish it was easier to get estimated delivery dates but as long as they continue to come through with the product and delivery I will continue to shop with them!
