"Lack of Communication"

I could have ordered from amazon for a little cheaper price with no shipping. But I went with Cyberweld because of their past support if there is a problem.
I needed the part I ordered quickly. A week and a half later I called and they had not shipped any of the items due to one small item being out of stock. So I had to go locally and buy the regulator I needed. which added another $175 dollars out of pocket. Its now been a month exactly since I ordered and still the order has not been completely fulfilled, and no word from them to know when to expect it.
