I ordered about $900 worth of tools and equipment 20 days ago. Instead of receiving my order I called to follow up and was told that they could send out a partial. I recommend saying yes to that because 4 of my items were backordered and I have no idea when they will be here, they would have held up the order forever. There is certainly a value on having something you ordered in a timely manner. If you don't call to have a partial order shipped you may be waiting a while before anything ships. I've ordered many times without issues in the past but post-pandemic shopping here is rough. We're only as strong as our suppliers.

Took 2 weeks to receive items. Items that are back ordered or will take longer to receive should be noted on the items description….not after the order is placed.

Cyberweld is very good at getting back quickly which is why i’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. My issue with cyberweld is that i’ve been waiting around a month for a pipe wrap. They’ve already told me that it’s a supplier issue but they should come up with a way to state that on their website before you place your order.

"Prompt professional service !"
Prompt professional service. Only drawback is when they called my phone to confirm the order, it showed as Spam Risk. I didn’t answer because of that but was really glad they left a voicemail. When I returned their call, the lady was very professional and courteous. Couldn’t ask for better !!!
