The customer service I’ve received from the guys at Boda is absolutely some of the best I’ve encountered. I mistakenly ordered the wrong sized jacket and when I wrote to them requesting to change my order they jumped on it without hesitation (even getting back to me on the weekend), and even went the extra mile in advising on different styles to help pick the right jacket for me. Not only have they been incredibly responsive and helpful, but when my order arrived, I was struck by the care that had gone into the product. Even the packaging was beautiful, let alone the jacket which is definitely superior to its equivalents by other brands (I’m something of a leather jacket veteran!). The cut, material and quality is exceptional; this company goes way above and beyond. Get yourself a Boda.

I've been in the market for my first leather jacket. I ended up on Boda Skins website and purchased their popular Kay Michaels in Gun Metal Hardware size XS(UK). Just like the reviews and people experience that I've seen on YouTube videos. Their jacket is premium. The smell is so great and the feel of the leather is so soft. It comes with a dustbag and a note from Team Boda(personal touch which is the sweetest).

However, I had a sizing issue. I have a small body size(Not their fault). I've reached out to them and spoke to Lucy. They gave me an XXS(UK) for an exchange but the sleeves are still a bit longer for me. I reached out again to let them know about my concern. To my surprise, they altered the sleeves and ended up having a perfect leather jacket.

Thanks so much Lucy and everyone at Team Boda for your understanding and giving me the most wonderful experience. Looking forward for another Boda.

In November i bought the Warrior in Black. Awesome Eyecatcher and it keeps warm too.

"Expensive but worth it"

Got the Kay Michaels gunmetal leather jacket in black from my boyfriend for Christmas. Absolutely love the quality and the look of it, it also fits perfectly! The personalised engraving you can get is a really lovely touch too. Was a wee bit skeptical about whether to go for one (hint for one) due to the price but it’s beautiful and I’m happy I did. Will definitely buy from Bodaskins again, the only thing I’m disappointed with is that I haven’t worn it yet because it’s lockdown!!

in my orig. post I wrote about problems with the size and parcel fees for returns.

Boda wrote me once again, explained several backgrounds, offered me a present and transferred the fee for the parcel.

Based on that new experience I need to change me review and rating for them. At the end I can summarize:
- extrem fast transfer
- customer orientated and open communication and service
- awesome products and fair pricing

At the end I can totally recommend Boda. If there is anything wrong or does not fit your expectations just contact them.

"Gorgeous jackets, shame about the packaging!"

Gorgeous jacket, very efficient from ordering to delivery. I have knocked one star off, their packaging although quite a gimmick with your name written on, is completely non-biodegradable so will sit in a landfill for many years. When questioned about their packaging they say they are working on a more sustainable type. I did say many companies have been using sustainable packaging for a very long time, so I don't know why they can't use what's already available.
