I returned my order US6077 Because it was too small a weeks ago with original packaging and tags ..
the tracking info shows that they received the package since jan 18th .. I’ve been trying to contact their customer service more than 15 times and all I’m getting is a robot replies after 48 hours of messaging them saying that they updated my order to make sure my refund is processed,
Until this day I still didn’t receive any confirmation email or my money back,
This is literally the worst experience with customer service in online shopping i had .. i also tried to call them during their business hours multiple times and i left them voice notes and nobody is answering.. I’m so worried about my 560$ that I spent

Unfortunately, wear + tear is not covered by a warranty. As your jacket has been worn over the 14 day period + your order was not delivered with this defect, we are unable to replace it, I'm afraid.
I have looked over this with my team for the best way for this to be fixed + I would suggest for you to take your jacket to a local tailor who will be able to repair the stitching. As this is only a small area, it would not take long to fix.

I’ve bought 3 jackets in separate occasions from Boda. My first I went to one of The Weekender pop ups in NYC and truly got a VIP experience. Knew exactly what I wanted and after trying it on they placed the order to be shipped to my apartment. Came in less than a week. Quality of the leather is unmatched. My friends with leathers from other brands were upset they didn’t know about Boda before. My 2nd jacket was a puffer which having worn around the city is head turner and gets compliments left and right. Attention to detail, quality of products, and customer service is all around 5 stars.

"Impeccable craftsmanship with personal service"

I purchased a jacket for my son who had been studying the Boda website for several months prior to dropping hints about what he wanted for Christmas. He is a competitive Ice Dancer who competed in 2018 Olympics. He’s tall, slender in the waist, built in the chest and arms. I had trepidation about ordering from a European company. With other international companies in the past my experience was not good.
I ordered the coat anyway.
Due to an error on my part with the address, fedex initially did not deliver and the coat was returned to Boda. I frantically emailed and called. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lucy over the Christmas break, never expecting to speak to a person that day I called.
The customer service I received was spectacular. Every email was promptly answered. She fixed the issue from the Boda end and the coat arrived. Lucy treated us as if I was her most important client and got the job done expertly and expeditiously.
The coat is luxurious, beautifully made. The extra monogramming “made for....” was an extra special touch.
It fits perfectly. My son is thrilled and looks quite fabulous in it!
Thank you Boda for your impeccable craftsmanship and the personal, prompt service needed to fix a shipping issue. I plan to order in the future from Boda!
