The customer service is absolutely helpful. I bought a leather jacket during the Black Friday Sale. The size was too small for me, so I asked for an exchange. I got a reply after one day, and the staff kept updating the process, and she even asked me if I received the exchanging package right on the day it was delivered. Afterward, she double-checked the fit via email. I could imagine that it was super busy during the sale, yet the staff still did their best to help me, so I could get my perfect jacket. By the way, the jacket is nice. My order is Kay Michaels: Winter. Its quality is outstanding.

Purchased the Kay Michael’s Platinum Leather jacket from BODA. Have to start by saying the quality and craftsmanship is off the charts, beautiful leather and a clean design. Hats off to the BODA team for making such cool products.
I did have a small hiccup, the engraving plate did not come (I think since it was a busy time on Black Friday), regardless I reached out and Lucy on their support side was very kind and helpful with the whole process, huge thanks to her and everyone else that helped resolve this.
It’s the small things that count and BODASKINS definitely has you covered. Would recommend.

"Zero Care for Customers"
I’ve been going back and forth with Lucy for weeks... because it takes her at least a week to respond every time I check in. Yes, check in. Meaning this company has zero care for the consumer and I’ve had to check in with them about my stolen item. To this moment, I’m out $500 and have nothing to show for it. No item, no help from Boda Skins and every time I ask, it takes a week to reply. I have records of this. It’s truly disappointing and unacceptable. I’m sure the products are great, unfortunately I never received mine and their customer service is non existent if you have an issue like I did.
