I have a 2009 Renault Espace which is a bit quirky especially where the mats are concerned. I did some surfing online and all the various manufacturers seemed to offer similar products however I liked the layout of the Carmats4u webpage, so I placed an order for the upgraded mat with a custom border. We are about to embark upon our last road trip in the vehicle before I sell it so time was of the essence and the Delivery date seemed to fit with my requirements. However, less than 24 hours after I placed my order and paid, I received a notification telling me that there was likely to be a delay of anywhere between five and eight days Due to some machinery breaking down. This was followed by Notification ofyet further delays Which would have Pushed the delivery date past our departure. I did some research online and I managed to find similar experiences from others but a lady called Laura Lacey seemed to have responded On behalf of the company, so I contacted her directly. I am pleased to say that she responded immediately and promised me delivery within 48 hours. True to her word the maths have just arrived and I could not be more pleased with the quality and the fit. They appear to be great value and has certainly much better than the ones they are replacing in summary. This company appears to occasionally suffer from manufacturing problems, however if time is not of the essence then I can highly recommend their product and prices and what’s more important if there are problems I can recommend the quality of the customer service services. Shout out to Laura for coming through as promised.

"Bought some cat mats for my new car"

Bought some cat mats for my new car. Paid for express delivery, to find that they weren't actually delivered for close to 2 weeks. When they arrived, one of the clips had already broken off. The boot mat, supposed to fit perfectly for the car, has 1cm both sides of the boot not covered. I'd definitely go elsewhere next time.

I have since been in contact with Laura from Carmats4u. She has been amazing at sorting this out for me, organising for new mats to be sent out, plus a small refund for the inconvenience. Despite the issues I've had, the customer service to resolve this has been the best. Looking forward to the new mats arriving next week.
