I bought some car mats for my partner's new car. I ordered mats for the foot wells, front and rear and a boot liner. The foot well mats were a perfect fit and look very nice indeed and seem to be of durable quality. Unfortunately, the boot liner was not the correct one and hence did not fit the boot. But, hats off to Maisie in the Customer service department, who validated my concerns swiftly and arranged the return without question. A positive experience and I would definitely order again.
