These mats fit perfectly in my BMW 3 series was a bit sceptical about ordering from the internet but these now protect my car floors in the winter months they even came with the velcro pads to replace with. Will be ordering another set for my f type Jag shortly

I bought rubber winter mats for my Cayenne but they failed to arrive despite an initial notice from the courier. I contacted Carmats4U and they found the courier had lost the shipment. They responded immediately, made new mats and got them to me within two days. Excellent, personal customer support. And the mats are just what I needed.

"Car Mats ordering shambles"

Ordered mats 2 weeks ago and have received no news since I got an invoice same day. Allegedly mats are with Evri (the worst courier on the planet) although I think given it seems to have been with them for some time is a handy excuse for carmats4u's incompetence. No updates or tracking sent until I rang and spoke to Charlotte yesterday to ask of my order's whereabouts. She was polite but did nothing. This was a present for a 17th birthday and has caused cost and inconvenience as I had to buy an additional present. An absolute shambles of a company. Do NOT use. I have learnt my lesson. Pathetic
