I ordered a boot liner for my 2024 Skoda Karoq but wasn’t sure if the one advertised was the correct fit so I sent them an email to check. I received a very quick response from Alisha who confirmed that I had ordered the right one. “My new car did not come with Mats ( The Car Sales Supermarket had their own brand they wanted to sell you ). Having declined their offer I searched on line. I wanted “fitted” Mats that looked right not Universal ones.
I could not believe the choice of thickness of pile, colour and trim that was on offer. I wanted smart and functional so went for the budget option.
Couldn’t be more pleased. Would highly recommend Carmats4U - a great fit and great service.

Excellent company to deal with. I think you can judge a company when things go slightly wrong as opposed to when it’s all plain sailing. In my case , we received email to say chosen mats out of stock. We then reordered different ones which were cheaper. Our refund was requested and carried out very efficiently. "Disappointing in every way"
Disappointing. I made a purchase of some mats for a special gift. I knew I was cutting time short for it so I paid £10 for the fastest processing and postage. Given the time frames on their website this should have allowed a few days grace but given it was over a bank holiday weekend I figured there shouldn't be any reason why it can't still arrive on time. Few days later and no progress so I got back to the website to figure out what is causing a delay and I find that there is a delay with some orders due to fabric shortages. Bare in mind no one told me this, I went searching for this information. On the "warnings", for one of the warnings the "fixed by" date had already been and gone. So given I had no idea what was really going on I contacted support to get a real answer and an idea on time frame on when these mats would arrive. Support replied back quite rudely in my opinion. Explaining that the delays would have been on the website when I made my purchase and it would also have been on my receipt (in both cases there was no mention of delays). I wasnt told how long I could be waiting but I was offered a refund for my postage as it hadn't been delivered within the time frame quoted and they would contact the manufacturing manager to see if they could get the order pushed through. I replied to the customer service rep accepting the postage refund and attached with a copy of my invoice showing that there was no mention of delays as I was told there would be and that I was quite disappointed with their response. My second email must have been escalated to a sales manager as next person to reply suddenly had a new story. Turns out the fabric shortages wasn't at fault, the order was lost in the warehouse or something. So they arranged for a new set of mats to be made and sent out ASAP.
The mats did arrive eventually. However whilst the mats are nice, the velcro is useless. They wouldn't hold 2 pieces of paper together. I've had to go and purchase some better velcro and adhesive.
All in all I'm disappointed with both the product, communication and service I recieved. Oh, and I never did get that refund!

Great quality, easily as good as the manufacturers at - in my case - a quarter of the price. Very happy with the mats and they were delivered within 72 hrs!

Once again ordered lovely plush carpet mats for my Hyundai Tuscon. Upgraded on the mats I ordered a few years ago and well the extra spent.

I needed a boot mat for my VW Touran. Ordering was straightforward and it came at the time specified. It is very good quality, heavy and lies flat and snugly. I ordered one without a pattern so that it is easy to sweep out. Very pleased!
