Product was not as advertised, images n website are wholly misleading, delivered items were damaged, courier was not interested.

Bought a full set of luxury mats for my BMW X6, with the optional extra carpet heal pad on the driver's side. They arrived quickly, in a couple of days, and are above my expectations in terms of quality and fit, which was perfect. They even had material backing strips which Velcro to the existing carpet inserts to prevent sliding. Top product and service, and highly recommended.

"I've had these mats for 5 months now"

I've had these mats for 5 months now. To start with they have never fitted my car properly, eventhough I inputted my car reg and ordered the one it said, confirming my vehicle make.
I had a few emails chats back and forth with the company (which wasnt great), as i wasnt happy with product. It was always a different person everytime and I felt like I was repeating myself, they didn't seem to read previous messages.
I was told a few things, to use a hairdryer to mould the shape, didn't work, I could have returned it but I had my new car and didn't want to wait for a new boot liner, as my dog was going in the boot, hence me wanting a boot liner. So my mistake, I kept it.
Also, I was told I should have ordered for a C5, eventhough I have a C3! I pointed out that it was a different car, they said it was a mistake. I lost faith at this point.
I went to hoover it out the other day and noticed lots of very small black bits all over the liner. When looking closer it's the mat disintegrating by the looks of it!
So these mats are not long lasting, good quality. In such a short time they are looking a mess and are breaking apart. Not sure if it's good for my dog either!

For these reasons I unfortunately can't recommend the company.

I know they are cheaper than buying from manufacturer, but I hoped for more than I got.

Also, they replied to my review on their Web page making out they were interested and told me to email, which I did and nothing.
Again, customer service not great, it's all an act!

"Sent me the wrong carmats "

Sent me the wrong carmats ordered rubber ones. Plus they use Evri, sure sign they don't care. So that was delayed a week.

Waste of time. Now I have the faff of sorting out a refund.

Bought car mats, they never arrived so I had to make contact to raise that they had not, I was told that their courier had lost them in the system. They were sent out a second time and arrived a few days later (12+ days in total). The rubber mats that I ordered are NOT rubber but a cheap Eva foam (Google it). For the foam I paid £20.00 more than the rubber I thought I was getting.

I advised that I was not happy with the product and wanted to return. I was told to use my own courier to return the product at my own expense.

The experience was very poor overall.

Use this company if you want but be warned, if goes wrong it will go very wrong and it will be YOU who has the hassle and further expense of putting it right.
