Ordered mats for my new qashqai before the car was delivered (wanted it ready to go)

The interior mats where perfect fitting but the issue was the bootliner we bought, this wasn't a fault of carmats4u it was because the qashqai was a redesign for 2024.

The mat we got was good for previous qashqai so I got in touch and via email with some photos to show the issue.

They offered to send templates for all the qashqai bootliner to see if any fit.

They didn't so I asked I'll make the bootliner template which they were happy for me to do.

So I made it sent it in they emailed to say it was being processed and a new mat will be sent once the template was digitalised.

A week later it arrived it fit the boot perfectly. I was very happy and carmats4u now have a bootliner for the 2024 facelift e-power qashqai thats better than the official one from nissan.

I'd recommend carmats4u to anyone they really did go beyond what I expected.

The online and phone staff where great too very helpful and friendly.
