"Good quality roses and excellent customer service "

I have purchased several roses in the past couple of years and they have all done great (except for one) and the company was very prompt and courteous with helpful advice and is sending a replacement next season.

While I was disappointed my order of several roald dahl roses was canceled (and refunded), I appreciate the quality standards. I'll try and order again next year. The other 20 or so roses that I received were healthy and packed well.

They also provided updates every step of the way, including when out of stock items were available. Finally, the plants arrived safely in April and I was able to plant them after allowing them to soak overnight. Now, I'm looking forward to beautiful roses.
