"Emily Brontë tree roses"

We purchased 3 of these trees. Each came with a wooden stake and 2 rubber straps. While the trees were soaking in water with root starter, I finished the stakes with a bees wax based stain. The trees were planted the morning after they arrived. Numerous red buds covered the branches the next morning. Within 2 weeks they all appeared as perfectly shaped trees.

I have been growing English roses for 25 years from your location. Have grown over 100 bushes. This year I received a very, very small Dannahue with browning tips on the tops of the canes. I cut the brown off, soaked it in fish emulsion water overnight and planted it the next morning. That was the smallest bare root plant I have ever received. Will let you know if it dies!

I love David Austin Roses. They are always so hardy and the roses in my gardens that I'm not fighting black spots or other fungels. They also take off as soon as I get them in the ground. Within three to 4 days I see growth on them signifying their roots are happy and love their new home. I always soak mine in water for 24 hours before planting them. I hope to have a least one of every rose David Austin has.

Every rose i've every gotten has thrived!! they are strong and even in adverse weather conditions, which we sometimes have, they stay true and strong. I love the colours and the fragrances!! I'm watching my teeny ones right now get stronger - still in larger pots and the ones ordered this year already budding out. They grow fast! Can't wait to see them all "in person".
