The course was informative and well structured. There were plenty of breaks and the trainer made sure that everyone was happy before moving onto the next topic. Both the demonstrations and guidance on presenting our own classes were really helpful. The trainer was engaging and gave good examples from her personal experience of what to expect and how to navigate situations.
