Have bought several times from this company before (all online) - previously very happy with service.

Most recent order placed in April (it’s now July) - I have sent countless emails and WhatsApp messages - a couple have been replied too, saying they will send item but no item has yet arrived and I now can’t get any answer. They never answer the phones.

I have now requested the money back via my bank.

DO NOT shop here unless you like giving away your money to unscrupulous businessmen.

"Poor customer service"

Poor customer service. My first order I waited three weeks before complaining that it hadn’t arrived. Goods were delivered two weeks later with an apology about moving offices and a money off voucher. I stupidly gave the company the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. After three weeks of waiting I WhatsApped the company- no response, a few days later emailed the company and received a reply saying apologies it would be shipped that same day. After five weeks of waiting I have emailed the company again and my email has been ignored, I have lost hope of receiving my second order. Avoid this company at all costs.
