An order I placed has not been delivered after my emailing

Ordered 2 items on 4th May 2021. Still waiting for delivery despite 5 emails asking where my order is. Luckily I paid using Klana so I don't have to go through my bank to get a refund. Would never order from this web site again.

My order has not arrived and I cannot get through to customer service to find out where it is. I won’t be ordering from this company again.

"Very disappointing"
I made an order on 27/4/2021. It is now 9/5/2021 and I have still not received my item. After numerous emails and messages via social media, none of which were replied I called the office and was informed it had been despatched on 5/5/2021 but I have still not received it. Website states same day despatch and 2/3 days delivery, I live less than 3 miles from the company office? My friend has had similar problems, poor communication, poor service. Very disappointing.

"Terrible company"
Terrible company - I ordered 3 items 2 came and a hand written note on despatch note said the missing item would be refunded. This never happened - I returned the remaining 2 items for a refund still not received anything. I have emailed and phoned numerous times and have no response i will be reporting this company to Trading Standards.
Update: still received no contact or refund - luckily I have claimed the money back through my bank and they will commence action to recover the money from Portare.

"Incredibly poor customer service"
Incredibly poor customer service. Placed an order 29/3 and an item was missing on delivery. Called and spoke to a gentleman who agreed and said a replacement would be sent. 1/5 no replacement and the company refuse to answer any emails or calls. I am forced to go to my bank and make a claim.

Don’t buy from this company they don’t want to refund your money!! No one answers emails took 2 weeks for someone to answer the phone sent messages on Facebook. Was told 3 times refund was done still waiting 😡SOMETHING NOT RIGHT ABOUT THIS PORTARE CLOTHING !!!!!! . They also didnt tell me one item was out off stock, ordered 2x tops only received 1x but still took my money nearly £80

"Disappointed with service"
I have bought a lot of items from Portare and they are good quality and never been disappointed with them. The only reason I have given a 3 Star is service. I ordered my goods before 2pm on a Thursday and paid for next day delivery as they were required for Saturday but I did not receive them until the following Wednesday which was a week from ordering them even thought next day delivery was paid for.
