Took 4 weeks to get my order despite money being taken on day of online purchase. Never returned my calls, intermittent email responses, bad communication, wont be buying from portare again despite being a regular customer

Not a good experience. It took several weeks and a lot if phone calls to get item i had paid for. It was only when i said i was going to go on social media about it i suddenly received item.

Reasonably nice clothes, but they don't respond when items aren't delivered. I've tried for over a month now to get a decent response from Portare. No replacement and no refund offered. I would recommend potential customers steer clear unless they want to lose their money as Portare will take no responsibility for parcels that go missing and you will not be refunded...

I love the clothes I have bought from portage and the fit is brilliant. My only concern is the delivery that’s why I gave 3 stars and not 5. My first order came no problems but my next two orders I had to chase several times and was promised a £20 voucher for my inconvenience that I never received.
