My order hasn’t been delivered . Poor costumer services. Excuses for refunding money. I will never order again.

Ordered from this website almost 3 weeks ago, despite several emails telling me they have dispatched my order it still hasn’t been delivered. I have also emailed them & had no reply! Starting to wonder if this is a legit website?

I cant write a review as my order has not arrived although money was
taken from my bank. After phoning your company I was assured that the money would be put back into my account which was £12.00 plus £2.50
delivery costs..........I am a very disgruntled customer.
I wait in anticipation for this to be rectified.

I am still awaiting a delivery! Ordered and paid for a coat on November 26th!!!!!!😩😩😩😩😩😩😩I have emailed 3 times. Not sure what the problem is but they say it was sent out via Royal Mail! I have used portare a lot but on the last 4 occasions either goods were not sent as they have certainly not been received the company has gone from bad to worse today after waiting weeks for a delivery I asked for a refund... No reply to my message and no refund...... You have been warned

"Disappointing"

Sad to say that as much as I like your clothing, I find your customer service really poor. Placed an order more less 3 weeks ago, item still hasn't arrived. Messaged via Messenger but never had a response. Phoned in to check on my order the other day to find out that my item has been posted over a week after purchase. Unfortunately if item is not received within next couple of days I'll be asking PayPal for my money back...Very disappointing
