"Still waiting for my order"
Still waiting for my order. No communication with Portare since their email confirming they have taken payment and it is showing in my account they have my money. I have emailed, used what's app and sent via FB messenger with no response at all. I am giving the benefit of doubt for a few more days due to the lock down but surely it can't take someone a few minutes to generate a reply. Will I ever receive my order? Have I been scammed out of my £37.50? Who knows. I hope they read these reviews and act to save what used to be a good business. Fingers crossed for me please.
14.01.21 my emails from portare now appear to have totally disappeared from my account so now the only proof I have is the deduction of money from my account. Luckily I screen shot my what's app message with my order code. I have since been in touch with my bank to open up a dispute.
What I can't understand is clearly people are getting a response so why not me??

"Disgruntled customer"
Ordered a top on 5th December 2020 which is yet to be received. Received an email informing me that the top had been dispatched on 10th December (second class mail ) and despite numerous emails to them the replies have been very unhelpful.
On the 22nd of December I am still without the top. I certainly will not be ordering from this site again

I have always had a good service from Portare, I realise the post has lot of parcels that have back log, an item I ordered the begging of December has not arrived yet but the one I ordered after that I have, so not sure I it has been lost, I have contacted Portare and am waiting for their reply!!!

"Big let down this time"
I love Portare clothes but my latest order from November is still outstanding; I have emailed multiple times and only some have been answered. Told that Royal Mail lost parcel and replacement would be sent but still not received. Very disappointed with Customer Service this time as even though they knew some parcels had gone missing they didn’t act until I asked where my order was. Such a shame.

Never received the goods , still waiting three weeks later for my money back despite countless promises and phone calls. Every excuse under the sun has been used and I’ve been lied to a fair few times.

I am disappointed as still not received my order. Email to say dispatched on 4th Dec and it is now 15th.
I have emailed and WhatsApp’d customer service as I realise it may have been delayed because of Christmas. But I haven’t yet had a response.
Very disappointed as I have ordered from you previously and been very happy.
