"DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY"
Placed order at end of 2020, waited... nothing arrived. Contacted them to complain was informed all orders posted that day had been lost in transit, was offered new date for delivery or refund. Refund selected didn’t arrive in my account. Numerous emails and phone calls later still no refund. Writing this to warn others. Keep your money to spend in the shops when they open.

No issues overall.
Item delivered later than the advertised website date. That was mainly due to postal interruptions & the delay not being accounted for when the website allocated the receive by date and my query was replied to quickly about the delay.
But as it was not received when intended, unfortunately automatically creates a negative impact for me & why only 3 stars on this occasion.

Amazing service! One of the items I had ordered was incorrect & following an email to advise Portare, one of their managers phoned me to apologise, offered to send me the correct item free of charge & also to keep the incorrect one! How good is that? On my recommendation, my sister had placed an order as well. Thank you!

I have to say that having left a terrible review about a twice missing parcel, no responses to emails or phone messages and promises of refunds that never arrived, I gave this business one last go much to the scorn of my husband! They kept sending me marketing emails about the very item that I’d ordered back in November that had gone missing twice and not been refunded. I was on the point of just writing off my money when I emailed them one last time and said really I’d just like the item still. Within 3 days it was with me. And I love it so thank you Portare. I think this business has had a terrible time with supply, staff challenges and stroppy not terribly patient customers over the past 12 months. I also think that sometimes we should all remember that behind every business large and small are people and sometimes people mess up. We should always give them the chance to make it right.
