The cost was reasonable, it was well packed and promptly despatched. The only slightly annoying thing is that you have sent a number of requests for a review shortly after my purchase. It is a long way from the UK to Australia and the package only arrived yesterday.

Very, very slow shipping and no update for reasons why even after ~3 weeks of the order placement and, of course after immediate payment deduction from my credit card.
Very disappointing customer service. Would cancel the whole thing if I could get a full refund but i doubt if they would offer that.
