The company kept me informed of the progress of my toy Lorry's arrival .with the postal strike in progress it still arrived within 3 days and in perfect condition.

Parcel was ordered on 29 th November and still has failed to be delivered yet and today is 22nd December. So no I am not happy with the service

I purchased something from R M Toys, when it arrived the products box was badly damaged, I email customer services with photos of the damaged box but heard nothing back in reply, I would certainly not buy anything from this company again. Alex

Fantastic service the model motorcycle I ordered arrived as described, it took a little longer to arrive than the date given, but that was due to the postal strikes no fault of the company so I was expecting that, it was shipped the next day from being ordered by RM Toys. What a fantastic company, I will use them again and would recommend to anyone to use with confidence.
