I paid for a 50 MB image, but I received a 3.3 MB image.
I don’t know how to decompress the image. Can you explain how this is done?
It does not appear to be in a zipped format. I have sent you an email to the address on the invoice. Perhaps you could send me the image in a zipped format to my address.
