The casper upholstered bed frame is amazing. The construction, the quality and the design is top notch. So easy to build and a very solid bed frame. I bought this as a replacement for a well known branded bed frame which lasted less than a year.

"After 4 nights sleeping on the mattress…"

After 4 nights sleeping on the mattress I have went from having back, neck and joint pain to no pain on waking at all. So, so far so good. I can now have a good uninterrupted sleep, as apposed to tossing and turning all night on a deep sprung mattress

Very pleased with quality and construction of duvet cover and fitted sheet. 400 thread count supima cotton - excellent. Sale price made this a very good buy!

Remarkable they are still asking for reviews when they don’t have any stock, any customer service staff and have just managed a fire sale on a website to take peoples money.

Luckily I chose Klarna so they have paused the repayment. Casper must be bankrupt though as ordering from these is the same as being a victim of fraud.

Update: Order randomly arrived. No comms though

I am currently sleeping on the sofa as my mattress did not arrive, after 9 days and it saying on the email 1-3 days. The bed frame is easy to put together and is in place. Trouble is I thought it would all be arriving so took my old one to the recycling centre. Unable to contact Casper on phone and no reply apart from a message saying £150 returning to bank. I don't know what that even means and whether I will even get my mattress ( and headboard).
I'm sure in non Covid times this would not have happened but I still think the company should have enough staff to make contact with customers who are experiencing difficulties. Good service has never been more important.
Disappointed and aching.

"Order not delivered, No update on UPS"

Placed an Order on 31 May, still waiting for my order to be delivered. Order status Stating dispatched via UPS, but UPS website states “shipment ready for UPS, shipment not arrived”. Today is 8 Jun. Nothing updated. I can not reach Casper via phone, tried message and web message, no reply at all.
Totally lost!
